AMPERES Director General features in Australia's Foreign Policy White Paper

The 2017 Foreign Policy White Paper sets out a vision and strategy for Australia’s engagement with its neghbours in the Indo-Pacific and beyond. The White paper was developed based on the learning from Australia’s long history of cooperation in the region, and showcased some of the Australians bringing our domestic expertise to the world.

AMPERES’ Director General, Tarek was included for his story of bringing Australian water expertise to support integrated river basin planning in Myanmar.
